Job Summary:
We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide in-home nursing care under physician orders and company policy. The ideal candidate will ensure quality, compassionate care and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home nursing care and implement physician-directed care plans.
• Monitor patient condition and document progress.
• Administer medications, injections, and perform basic wound care.
• Assist patients with daily living activities.

Requirements:

• Active LPN or LVN license.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• CPR certification.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
