Job Summary

The Social Worker provides clerical, secretarial, and receptionist support under the supervision of the Administrator. This role involves client care, administrative tasks, and program development, all while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule, receive, and direct patients and visitors.
• Provide general secretarial support and coordinate services.
• Manage phone calls, office records, and supplies.
• Perform initial client assessments and develop care plans based on needs.
• Assist with admissions, authorizations, and re-authorizations.
• Supervise other social workers or trainees as needed.
• Facilitate support groups and educational programs for caregivers and clients.
• Maintain confidentiality of client records and adhere to organizational standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Clerical experience in a medical setting (Preferred).
• CSW or LSW certification (Required).
• Proficiency in English, spelling, math, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to perform physical and mental tasks efficiently.
