Summary:
The role involves providing high-quality physical therapy services with minimal supervision, creating personalized treatment plans, supervising assistants/aides, and contributing to case management for exceptional patient care. Strong collaboration with facilities and clients is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to physical therapy regulations.
• Develop and direct skilled interventions for medically necessary cases.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation and comply with Medicare/OSHA standards.
• Maintain respectful communication with all stakeholders.
• Stay current on licensure requirements (e.g., CPR, continuing education).

Skills Abilities Required:

• Team collaboration and leadership.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and computer skills for documentation.

Physical Educational Requirements:

• Frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs) and physical activity.
• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or registration.
