Supplemental Health Care is currently looking to hire a Family Nurse Practitioner in Forks, Washington to work in a Rural Health Clinic. Family Nurse Practitioner Contract Details:

$80-$85 an hour
Shift: Tuesday- Friday or Monday- Thursday 8 or 10 hour shifts
12-week contract with possibility to extend
Housing Provided
Will provide care within their scope of practice and in accordance with the standards of the facility

Requirements:

Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Washington
BLS
Active DEA
Experience: 1 year of recent relevant experience
Board Certified/ Board Eligible
Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and facility personnel
