Join our healthcare team as a dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) for a travel position in Richmond, VA. This opportunity allows you to provide critical care in a dynamic environment, serving patients of all ages with diverse medical needs.

• Location: Richmond, VA
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: April 21, 2025
• Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:30 PM - 8:00 AM
• Shifts per Week: 3
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1910 - $1960

• Minimum of 1 year of adult ER experience
• Experience with conscious sedation
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and CPI/De-escalation training certifications
• Must pass EKG Exam at Orientation (Study Guide Available)
• Willingness to work every other weekend and major holidays
• No local candidates within a 50-mile radius

• Deliver high-quality care to patients in a 30-bed unit with 14 Fast Track beds
• Manage a patient ratio of approximately 1:4
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including MDs, ACPs, PCTs, Charge RNs, RRTs, Phlebotomists, ED techs, and secretaries
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment with an average of 120-130 patients per day
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to hospital policies and procedures
