The Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist under the direct supervision of a cardiologist, will scrub, circulate and monitor procedures associated with cardiac catheterization by utilizing interventional radiological technical skills. The Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist also calibrates and operates equipment.

What qualifications you will need:

Education:

• Graduate from certified radiological school.

Experience:

• Two years as a special procedure Radiology Technician, or one year as a Cath Lab Radiological Technician.

Licensure/Certification:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

• Certified Radiological Technologist

• Currently registered with New Hampshire Board of Medical Technicians
