At Henrico Doctors Hospital, our General Surgery Clinical Coordinator provides leadership to assigned nursing unit(s) with responsibility for planning, directing and evaluating the patient care and services provide. In addition to ensuring departmental compliance with regulatory and JCAHO requirements, you will initiate and document patient teaching including family and/or significant others. We are an amazing, hardworking team who is looking for a phenomenal addition like you!

• As the Clinical Coordinator, you will manage personnel in the accomplishment of designated goals and the provision of nursing care and services.
• You will implement cost-effective strategies in staffing and supply management decisions
• You must assist our staff in providing patient care and services as needed
• Evaluating effectiveness of care in producing desired patient outcomes is a key responsibility
• Your role will also monitor and adhere to annual hospital operating budget as well as implement cost-effective strategies in staffing and supply management decisions

What qualifications you will need:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing(MSN preferred)

• Current Registered Nurse license in Virginia or a compact license

• Current BLS ACLS certification

• At least two years hospital experience preferred
