Genie Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Omaha, Nebraska.

Job Description Requirements

Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.Drivers license required at submittal and will be used to determine if candidate is outside 50 miles.Department: ICU Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS- Nurse:Patient Ratios: 1:2, if we do have downgrades we staff the medical patients at 1:5 and PCU at 1:4- Common diagnoses/Types of patients: COPD, pneumonia, CVA, TIA, DKA, sepsis, CHF, STEMI, neuro- Are RNs required to titrate drips: Yes- Common titratable /or set rate drips: Vasopressors, Insulin, TNK, Heparin, IV Antibiotics, Sedatives
