NBSTSA REQUIRED --- ORTHO/GENERAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED -- COVID SERIES, BOOSTER

BLS must be on profile at time of submission and MUST NOT BE EXPIRING IN THE NEAR FUTURE

No time off in excess of 4 days will be approved and NO HOLIDAY TIME OFF WILL BE APPROVED -- 12H Day shift, 2 night call shifts in a 4 week schedule required -- EMR: Meditech

Please provide dates and times available for interview at time of submission

WILL NOT CONSIDER TRAVELERS WHO HAVE WORKED AT BILH FACILITIES WITHIN THE LAST SIX MONTHS - travel, perm or per diem

NO local travelers will be accepted (cannot reside within 50 mi from the facility)
