Job Summary and Qualifications

You will perform Interventional Radiology exams following protocols and?in a timely manner, ensuring a high quality of care.?

What you will do in this role:?

• You will prepare procedure trays with appropriate supplies?

• You will prep and drape of patient and equipment prior to procedure.?

• You will scrub and assist with procedures maintaining sterile technique.?

• You will provide post procedure care to the patient (includes holding pressure as well as cleaning, suturing and bandaging of procedure site)?

• You will pull needed equipment/product, circulating for cases as needed and where appropriate.

What qualifications you will need:??

• Degree from ARRT accredited RT program required.?
• No less than (2) years of general diagnostic radiology experience preferred?
• (1) Year of Interventional experience is strongly preferred.?
• Current BLS and RT certifications required.?
• Must live within 30 minutes of the hospital for call.

TriStar Summit is a 234-bed comprehensive facility with a full spectrum of services, including cardiology, emergency, oncology, orthopedics/spine, rehabilitation and womens services. As an Accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI and a Primary Stroke Center, TriStar Summit specializes in emergency heart and stroke care. There are more than 300 board-certified physicians representing over 36 specialties on staff, many of whom have offices located on TriStar Summits campus.
