Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $2,306 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Tuba City, Arizona.

Job Description Requirements

• AZ Med/Surg Flexible Night/Day Shift
• BLS from the American Heart Association
• ACLS from the American Heart Association
• Complete Trauma Care After Resuscitation - TCAR within six months of hire
• NIHSS - NIH Stroke Scale must be completed within 6 months of hire
• Any State RN License - valid, current, full and unrestricted
• Experience: Must have at least 2 years of experience working as a nurse in an acute or sub-acute facility.
• Shift: 0630-1900, and 1830-0700; every other weekend
• EMR Used - Allscripts
