LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Home Health RN

Hours: Mon-Fri, 8a-5p (will cover the Greensboro and High Point service areas)

- MUST HAVE HCHB, TRAVEL AND HOME HEALTH EXPERIENCE

- Must be willing to case manage and take a case load

- 1 year case managing experience required

- Mileage reimbursement provided at Fed rate.

This is NOT inpatient, traveler will need their own car and will be traveling throughout the day.
