Genie Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Salina, Kansas.

Job Description Requirements

Facility Requirements:
100 mile radius rule - mileage within will be reviewed on a case by case by facility for approval
First time travelers accepted: will review on case by case
EMR: Meditech, GE Centricity -preferred not required.

Job/Unit Requirements:
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift dates/schedule: 7p-7a
Weekends Required: Every other weekend
License required: KS or Compact License at time of submission
Certifications required: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate FHM, BLS, NRP
# of years of experience required: min of 1 1/2yrs experience required

Skills preferred: LDRP, Assist w/ amniocentesis, spiral electrode placement, use of IUPC
Skills required: assist with sterile speculum exam, NST, OCT, reflex checks, sterile vaginal exam, tele interpretation
Use of internal/external fetal monitoring, IVs, Medication Administration
Labor Delivery Management: High risk delivery, forceps/vacuum, C-Sections, Neonatal Care, Newborn Care, Postpartum Care, Surgical Cases
Work settings required: antepartum, facility birth Unit scrub: Provided
