Full Time Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner specializing in digestive health to provide patient care, assist with procedures, and support treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat patients, maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with GI procedures such as endoscopies and colonoscopies.
- Order and interpret tests, manage medications, and provide vaccinations.
- Collaborate with nutritionists and specialists for patient care.
- Educate patients on preventive health and wellness.

Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Nurse Practitioner program (Family or Adult Geriatrics).
- Current New York State Nurse Practitioner license.
- National Board Certification (AANP, ANCC, ONCC).
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred; EMR/EHR experience a plus.
- Open to new graduates (GI experience preferred but not required).
