Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in supporting patients health and well-being while working collaboratively with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals.

Duties

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Perform physical examinations and monitor patients vital signs.
Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
Provide care for patients with specific needs, including those requiring ophthalmology services, dementia care, and infant care.
Support airway management and assist in sterile processing for surgical procedures.
Document patient information accurately using ICD-9 coding as necessary.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.

Experience
Candidates should have:

A valid LPN license in the state of practice.
Experience in hospital medicine or primary care settings is preferred.
Familiarity with operating room (OR) procedures is a plus.
Knowledge of physical examinations and patient assessment techniques.
Previous experience with airway management and sterile processing will be beneficial.
