Labor and delivery nurses are unique among the different types of nurses because they have a very specific job: to help deliver healthy babies and get moms through the process safely. In essence, they are doing what some might consider the most important nursing job of all - bringing new lives into this world.

About this unit:

• We have the wonderful job of creating a story for a family and making it the best story ever.
• 24/7 In house OB Hospitalist Group
• We have the potential to give moms many choices in the labor and delivery options. You can use hydrotherapy, walking while in labor with telemetry monitors, or have an epidural. The patient is the key player in decision making.

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• Registered Nurse
• Registered Nurse Diploma
