Nurse Practitioner Contract Details:

$88-$93 an hour
14 -week contract with possibility of extension
Monday - Friday, Days

Requirements:

Active APP Licensure/Certification in Wisconsin
American Heart Association BLS
At least 1-year of experience as an APP provider
Active DEA
Board Certified / Board Eligible
DOT certification Preferred
