Union facility Can be pulled every 4h to 2ST, CVC, 4S, 4N, 2SA, rehab, obs
Patient ratios: 2ST, CVC 1:4 up to 1:6 Rehab 1:6 up to 1:1:7/8 in a push, infrequent
All others are 1:5 up to 1:7/8 in a push, infrequent
MUST HAVE 2 years recent relevant experience
MUST HAVE ACLS, BLS, telemetry certification
NICE TO HAVE NIHSS
