Need PTA for Smyrna DE area

Required Qualifications
Home Health and Oasis experience REQUIRED
50 mile radius for local rate
Must plan 5 weeks for credentialing non-resident DE: In person fingerprints are required. T must go to DE once accepted to begin the process and then results will post 3-4 weeks from that point
Home Health experience required
