Home Health/Hospice Social Worker Needed!

Must have ND License

BLS, ND License and one of the following: LMSW-AP, MSW, LCSW, CHP-SW

No Clinical Involvement

No new grads - 1 year experience minimum

Monday-Friday 8-5

Float between town of Dickinson and Williston ND

Permanent residence must be more than 50 miles away
