Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care is hiring Physical Therapist to work with a partnering Hospice Care facility in Columbia, Missouri. We bring more than 40 years of experience and a reputation for excellence to every healthcare professional we support.

Physical Therapist Contract Details:

• $1,960 - $2,126 per week
• 13-week contract with possibility of extension
• Hospice Care

Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapist Licensure/Certification in Missouri
• American Heart Association BLS
• At least 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Prior experience in hospice care
