Genie Healthcare is seeking a LPN / LVN Med Surg for a travel job in Klamath Falls, Oregon.

Job Description Requirements

Shift: 12 hours, nights
Employment Type: Travel

Work with patients who are medically ready for discharge but are experiencing delays to various barriers in the Medically Ready for Discharge Unit under the supervision of the RN. Must have experience: Acute care experience Knowledge of discharge planning processes Basic nursing skills Patient assessment Documentation Basic patient education techniques

Must be in good general health, able to frequently stoop, bend, reach, stand, walk, and sit. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds or more and push/pull hospital equipment. Must be able to function during periods of stress, trauma and/or disease.
