Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Home Health - HH to join our travel team in Portland, OR! This is a full time travel contract position.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

Active OR Amedisys Home Health of AL (20019) license
2+ years of Home Health - HH experience
This position begins on 02/24/2025 and ends on 05/25/2025
